On the ninth anniversary of 9/11, a Toronto woman whose husband died that day renewed a constant wish.
"I still think there should be a federally sponsored memorial that not only remembers the Canadians, but shows our neighbours to the South that we share their pain, we share their loss and we share their resolve to fight terrorism," said Maureen Basnicki.
